How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Transmissionve Floor Coating wants every homeowner treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Report
Contact us about any of these:
- A call or message with Transmissionve Floor Coating that went poorly
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The behavior of an installer we referred you to
If the Problem Is With an Installer
First, know that installers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care.
Next, if you are unhappy with a floor coating job, raise it with the installer in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Then tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest. Installers who repeatedly fall short may be removed.
Transmissionve Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund an installer's charges or act for an installer.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@transmissionve.lat and include:
1. Your name and contact details 2. The date you reached us or the installer 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The installer's company name, if you know it 5. A short account of what happened and the result you want
What We Do Next
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking with the installer. Last, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review.
You can also contact:
- Your state attorney general or consumer protection office
- The Better Business Bureau in your area
- Your state licensing board, if the installer is a licensed contractor
